We Discuss the Project
We'll talk through design, wood, epoxy color, engraving, pricing and scheduling before you send anything.
Send Us Your Items
After the project is approved, mail your memorabilia to us or bring it to our showroom in Crimora, Virginia.
We Build Your Piece
We prepare the hardwood, arrange the memorabilia, pour the epoxy and complete any requested laser engraving.
Ship or Pick Up
Once complete, we'll arrange shipping of the finished piece or local pickup at our Crimora showroom.

Not sure whether something will work? Tell us about it in the inquiry form. We'll review the items with you before anything is shipped to us.
Memorabilia generally needs to be no more than 2 inches tall so it can be properly incorporated into the epoxy. Always confirm your specific items with us before mailing or dropping them off.
Custom Laser Engraving Available
We can add custom laser engraving to many memorabilia pieces, giving you another way to personalize your project with names, dates, messages or selected designs.
